Compliance, Data Governance & Dossier Audit Standards
How candidate documentation is verified, how personal data is handled across two jurisdictions, and the legal structure that carries responsibility for both.

Standards applied to personal data
Cross-border workforce mobility concentrates unusually sensitive material: identity documents, qualifications, employment history and occupational health records. The governing standards are applied in full on both sides of the structure.
UK Data Protection Act 2018 & UK GDPR
FARGO SERVICE HUB LTD acts as the primary data controller for personal data collected through this digital interface and through advisory engagements originating in the United Kingdom.
EU GDPR / RODO
Candidate dossier handling, intra-EU processing and regional administrative support are executed through AGROLIZ Sp. z o.o. under the European General Data Protection Regulation as implemented in Poland.
Encrypted transfer protocols
Dossier material moves through encrypted channels rather than general-purpose email. Access is limited to personnel with an operational reason to hold it, and that access is logged.
Defined retention periods
Retention is set per document category and applied on schedule. Material that no longer has a lawful basis for retention is deleted rather than archived indefinitely.
How a dossier is built and checked
A candidate dossier is the deliverable, not an administrative by-product of recruitment. The sequence below is fixed, and compressing it is the most common cause of a programme failing later.
Dossier Audit
Candidate documentation is collected, structured and checked for completeness before any commitment is made.
Credential Verification
Diplomas, trade certificates and employment history are authenticated with the issuing bodies.
Work Permit Processing
The administrative dossier is filed under the applicable national route and tracked through to issue.
Site Deployment
Travel, arrival logistics and onboarding are coordinated with the employer through to the first shift.
Verification precedes presentation
No candidate reaches a client shortlist before credentials have been authenticated. Presenting unverified files transfers risk to the employer and is not an acceptable shortcut under any deadline.
Authentication at source
Diplomas, trade certificates and employment references are confirmed with the issuing institution or awarding body. A document that cannot be confirmed at source does not enter the dossier as evidence.
Equivalence established, not assumed
Where a qualification has no direct counterpart in the destination market, the recognition route is established before sourcing begins rather than negotiated after selection.
One standard regardless of volume
High-volume intakes are processed as parallel dossier batches under the same audit standard applied to individual placements. Scale does not reduce verification depth.
Categories of data and lawful basis
Summary view. The complete description of processing, rights and contact routes is set out in the privacy notice.
