Logistics & Fulfillment Operations
Warehouse and distribution personnel scaled to seasonal peaks, with licence verification and permit processing handled before the ramp-up window opens.

Key Qualifications & Skill Criteria
Every candidate presented against this pool is assessed on all six criteria before reaching your shortlist.
Forklift Licensing
UDT and equivalent EU operator entitlements verified against the issuing register, including reach and counterbalance categories.
WMS & Scanner Proficiency
Practical experience with warehouse management systems, RF scanning and pick-by-voice workflows.
Throughput Discipline
Documented performance in pick, pack and dispatch environments operating to measured productivity targets.
Inventory & Stock Control
Cycle counting, discrepancy reporting and goods-in inspection to client stock accuracy thresholds.
Shift Pattern Readiness
Availability for continental, night and peak-season rotations confirmed at screening, not after arrival.
Health & Safety Compliance
Manual handling, racking safety and PPE discipline confirmed prior to deployment to the client site.
Compliance & Work Permit Processing
Logistics pipelines are volume-sensitive: dossier batches are prepared in parallel so intake capacity is not throttled by sequential processing.
Licence verification
Operator entitlements are checked against the issuing authority and, where the licence is non-EU, the conversion or re-certification route is established before the candidate is presented.
Seasonal permit planning
Peak-season pipelines are filed against the correct permit category, with lead times mapped backwards from your ramp-up date so approvals land before volume does.
Accommodation & logistics
Travel scheduling, arrival coordination and housing documentation aligned with the employer declaration on file.
